Design
The design of each event should be completely unique to the event itself, which is where we blend your vision with our creativity to curate something truly special. Every small detail in an event’s design plays a large role in the overall atmosphere that is created – something we take seriously (while also having a lot of fun with). The option to work with us for design is incredibly flexable. You can have us help design one element such as a layout,a color palette, a theme, etc. Or have us take on the entire project in which we do several concepts and create mood boards and concept boards including elements as large as venue and as small as linens!

Day Of Coordination
The day-of planning for an event looks entirely different for each event. We partner with you to understand how you would like your event to flow, then our careful planning brings that flow to life – coordinating with every vendor along the way. Even when you have a plan and vision that you & your closest friends & family have under control. The day of your event everyone involved should be focused on having a great time, not managing details & working through hiccups. We as a staff are the point people, we’ve got it!

Full Event Planning
Our planning begins with a session with you to ensure we understand precisely what you’re looking for with your event. From there, we share concept boards with you as we begin crafting your unique event. Once we’re aligned, we take over every aspect of your event planning and management, letting you breathe while we create an event that truly represents YOU.
Full Service IS exactly what it sounds like its perfect for someone who is charged with ensuring the event happens but doesn’t have the burning urge to plan every detail. It encompasses both the Design & Day of Services as well as including Contract, Vendor, Rental and Venue management that involves things like coordinating cake tastings, negotiating pricing, managing your budget, Invitations, RSVPs, etc.. With full service we truly can be involved as little or as much as you would like.
